- Pricing: tiered discount from €11/kg (50–99kg) down to €7/kg (500+ kg)
- Shipping: DHL Express or FedEx International Connect, 3–7 business days
- Customs/duties: buyer is importer of record (HTS 6309 may apply duty-free for bulk worn clothing — consult your broker)
- Payment: 50% deposit (wire transfer or Stripe), 50% before shipment
- Returns: 14-day inspection window on receipt — return shipping at buyer’s cost

How long does shipping take to USA?
3–5 business days via DHL Express, 6–10 days via FedEx International Connect. Tracking is provided once shipment is dispatched.
Who pays customs duties on import to USA?
As of 2026, the buyer is importer of record and is responsible for any duties and customs fees. Used clothing in bulk often qualifies as HTS 6309.00.00 (duty-free) but please consult your customs broker for confirmation.
Can I get samples first?
Yes — small KiloBox samples (5kg) are available via our regular shop at wintageclub.com. Wholesale terms apply for orders 50kg and above.
What payment methods do you accept?
SEPA / Wire transfer (preferred for amounts over €1,500), Stripe (credit card), and PayPal. 50% deposit on order confirmation, 50% balance before shipment.
