How WintageClub works

Buying vintage clothing wholesale has never been this easy. In just a few steps, your hand-picked stock is delivered straight to your home or your shop.

🛍️ 1. Choose your KiloBox

Browse our catalogue and pick the type of KiloBox that best fits your needs:

  • KiloBox Brand Premium Vintage – Ralph Lauren, Lacoste, Tommy Hilfiger, The North Face and other premium brands
  • KiloBox Denim Vintage – jeans, jackets and denim pieces by Levi's, Lee, Wrangler
  • KiloBox Coats & Trench Vintage – selected outerwear for every season (coming soon)
  • KiloBox Ties Vintage – ties in silk and fine fabrics (coming soon)
  • KiloBox Mix Brand – a curated mix of premium and well-known vintage brands
  • Vinted Reseller Box – the box designed for anyone starting to resell on Vinted

⚖️ 2. Pick your size

Every KiloBox comes in several sizes to suit any budget and need:

  • 5 KG – ideal for testing the quality and getting started
  • 10 KG – perfect for part-time Vinted resellers
  • 20 KG – for the most active resellers
  • 50 KG – for shops and professional resellers

Not every size is available on every box: the active ones are shown on each product page.

🛒 3. Add to cart and order

Select the type and size, add to cart and proceed to checkout. We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Klarna, Scalapay and bank transfer. Payment is secure and protected by SSL encryption.

📦 4. We prepare your stock

Your order is processed and handed over to the courier within 24–48 working hours. Our team hand-picks and checks every single item. Most of our KiloBoxes are made up of Grade A items (in excellent condition, ready to resell); an occasional share (typically 10–15%) may be Grade B (items with normal signs of wear but still resellable). The composition is always stated on each KiloBox's product page.

🚚 5. Tracked shipping to Italy and across Europe

We ship by express courier to Italy and the 26 countries of the European Market. You receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier. Delivery in 2–4 working days for Italy and 3–8 working days for the rest of the EU, depending on the destination country.

Shipping is free in Italy on orders of €139 or more and across Europe on orders of €249 or more, whatever the box size. Below these thresholds, weight-based rates apply, always shown at checkout before payment.

Islands and special territories (Balearics, Canaries, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, Madeira) are always charged for shipping, in any country. For Cyprus and Malta, write to us before ordering: we will prepare a dedicated quote for you.

💰 6. Resell

Our customers resell on Vinted, Depop, Instagram, in their own shops and at flea markets. How much a box earns you depends on selection, photos, the prices you set and your sales channel: we do not promise earnings or margins.
