Returns & Refunds Policy – WintageClub

About the products

All products sold by WintageClub (Digital Brain SRL, VAT IT10597551216) are second-hand and vintage clothing. By their nature, they may show signs of wear, light cosmetic imperfections, micro-stains or small flaws typical of fabric ageing. These features are not product defects — they're part of what makes vintage clothing unique and authentic.

Grade A products are selected for excellent overall condition: no visible tears, obvious stains or compromising defects. Small cosmetic imperfections, light fading or micro-signs of use are part of the unique character of every second-hand piece and do not entitle you to a return or refund.

Custom-assembled boxes — Withdrawal right exclusion

Our KiloBox bundles are assembled to order based on the parameters you choose (type, weight, grade). Because these are made-to-order products with a variable, non-standardised composition, under art. 59(1)(c) of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to these items.

You expressly accept this exclusion when you confirm your order, as required by art. 49(1)(h) of the Consumer Code.

Statutory legal guarantee of conformity

The 24-month legal guarantee of conformity set out in arts. 128–135 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 still applies for non-conformity defects that go beyond the normal second-hand character of the product.

When we accept a return

We accept return requests only in the following cases:

  • Clear error by WintageClub (KiloBox type or weight significantly different from what you ordered);
  • Product received seriously damaged in transit, documented with photos at the moment of opening;
  • Non-conformity defect under arts. 128–135 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005.

We do not accept returns for subjective reasons, including: I don't like the items, the style isn't what I expected, there are signs of wear (typical of vintage clothing), or I don't know how to resell them.

How to request a return

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel at info@wintageclub.com with subject RETURN REQUEST – Order #[number];
  2. Attach photos of the outer packaging, intact contents and the order label;
  3. Wait for our written authorisation before sending the return.

Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is at your expense, except in cases of confirmed error on our part or a confirmed conformity defect.

How refunds work

  • WintageClub error or confirmed conformity defect: full refund to the original payment method within 14 days;
  • Other cases at our discretion: as a store credit valid 12 months on wintageclub.com.

The return must be sent within 7 days of authorisation, in original undamaged packaging, unworn and unwashed.

Consumers can use the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
