Technical Specs
Sizes: depending on the product, from 5 to 50 kg.
Quality grading: Grade A = ready to sell, minimal cosmetic flaws and perfect functionality · Grade B = more visible signs of wear or small defects, reduced price.
The number of items varies with the chosen weight and the type of item: heavy items (sweatshirts, jackets, outerwear) count fewer pieces per kg than light ones.

GRADING, QUALITY AND CONTROL (A/B)
Every Brand Box is checked against clear quality criteria: we distinguish between Grade A, ready to sell, and Grade B, with minimal signs of wear but still usable. All items are checked on seams, fabrics, logos and overall condition to rule out functional defects. We always state the declared grade, so you know what you’re buying. Lots are tracked and selected consistently, guaranteeing constant standards over time. This approach reduces uncertainty and gives you boxes ready to generate real value.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Could there be signs of wear?
As these are second-hand items, an extra wash is needed when you receive the Box, and some signs of time may be present despite our checks.
How do you verify branded items?
We use a control checklist (labels and era, seams, materials, consistency of the item). Where the product page states specific brands, the items are verified. If a non-conforming item slips through our checks, the lot conformity guarantee applies: 1:1 replacement with other matching items or credit on next order, within 7 days of delivery.
Risk of too many duplicates or “dead” sizes?
We limit repeats of model and colour in the selection and keep a mix of sellable sizes. If you receive abnormal repeats compared to the product page, contact us: it falls under the lot conformity guarantee.
Are the items washed/sanitised? With what? And odours?
Items are selected and stored in dry, ventilated spaces, but they are second-hand articles: we always recommend a wash on arrival. A slight warehouse smell is normal and disappears after the first wash.
How do you measure real sizes on vintage items?
Boxes contain assorted sizes (roughly from S to XXL, not selectable: you may also find larger or smaller sizes). On vintage labels the size can differ from the real fit: we recommend measuring items before listing (pit-to-pit, length) — it’s also what pays off on Vinted.
How do you tell design “distressed” from damage?
“Distressed” is intentional/consistent (denim fraying, uniform fading, whiskers). Damage is irregular: structural tears, holes on stress points, non-removable stains. The first can fall under Grade A if sellable; the second leaves the A flow and, if present and undeclared, means replacement.
Can I test before a big order?
Yes: the smaller sizes (5 kg) are designed precisely for testing quality and yield before moving up to reseller sizes. In the cart, together with a box, you can also add a 1-2 kg Premium Trial Box to sample the Premium line.
Is everything original?
We select items that pass our checks. Where the product page states specific brands, the items are verified; in multi-brand mixes individual brands are not guaranteed (this is declared on the page). If a non-conforming item slips through our checks, the lot conformity guarantee applies.
Is it all sustainable?
WintageClub promotes circular fashion: selling second-hand means extending the life of garments and reducing fast fashion waste. We pack with recyclable materials where possible and work to make every step more sustainable.
Esperienza davvero ottima. Prima della spedizione sono stata contattata perché alcuni articoli previsti nel Levi’s Only Box non erano disponibili. Invece di procedere senza avvisarmi, mi hanno proposto una sostituzione con parte di denim Premium, mantenendo lo stesso prezzo.
Ho apprezzato moltissimo la correttezza e l’attenzione verso il cliente. La merce ricevuta è stata all’altezza delle aspettative e tutta la gestione dell’ordine è stata professionale, precisa e trasparente.

Ho trovato nella box dei levis delle serie preferite 501,511 ecc ecc.
Al suo interno sono usciti anche dei prodotti made in usa, certo non sono nuovi, ma sono vero vintage e ci sta qualche imperfezione ed il fascino del vissuto. Ricomprerò perche affidabile....
