Shipping policy
DELIVERY TO ITALY
Shipping to Italy is free on orders of €139 or more. Below that threshold, weight-based rates apply, starting from €8.99, always shown at checkout before payment. Orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) from order confirmation. Allow 1–2 extra working days for parcel preparation.
Deliveries can occasionally be delayed by logistical issues outside our control. We reserve the right to extend delivery times up to 7 working days. For any questions, write to info@wintageclub.com.
DELIVERY WITHIN EUROPE
We ship to all 26 countries of our European market. EU shipping is free on orders of €199 or more; below that threshold, weight-based rates apply, starting from €13.99, always shown at checkout before payment. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Western Europe (France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Luxembourg): 3–5 working days
- Northern Europe (Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): 4–7 working days
- Eastern Europe & Balkans (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia): 5–8 working days
- Southern Europe (Greece, Malta, Cyprus): 5–8 working days
European shipments are sent DAP (Delivered At Place): goods are delivered to the destination without Wintage Club covering any local customs duties or import taxes, which remain the recipient's responsibility where applicable.
UNITED KINGDOM, SWITZERLAND AND OTHER NON-EU COUNTRIES
We currently do not ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or Iceland. If you are in one of these countries and would like to order, write to info@wintageclub.com and we will look into a dedicated quote together.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email with your tracking number within 24–48 hours of dispatch. You can follow your shipment directly on the carrier's website. For any issues, contact us at info@wintageclub.com.
