Shipping policy

SHIPPING TO ITALY

Shipping to Italy is free on orders of €139 or more, whatever the size of your box. Below this threshold, weight-based rates apply, starting from €8.99, always shown at checkout before payment. Deliveries take approximately 2–4 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) from order confirmation. Preparing your parcel may take an additional 1–2 working days.

Deliveries may be delayed due to logistical reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to extend delivery times up to 7 working days. For any information, write to us at info@wintageclub.it.

SHIPPING TO EUROPE

We ship to all 26 countries of the European Market. Shipping is free on orders of €249 or more, in every country and whatever the size of your box. Below this threshold, weight-based rates apply, starting from €17.99, always shown at checkout before payment.

Always subject to a shipping charge, in any country: islands and special territories (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, Madeira), which have a dedicated rate shown at checkout. Cyprus and Malta: we currently don't have a dedicated courier rate for these destinations, so write to us at info@wintageclub.it before ordering and we'll prepare a quote for you.

Delivery times vary by destination country:

  • Western Europe (France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Luxembourg): 3–5 working days
  • Northern Europe (Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): 4–7 working days
  • Eastern Europe and the Balkans (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia): 5–8 working days
  • Southern Europe (Greece, Malta, Cyprus): 5–8 working days

European shipments are sent DAP (Delivered At Place): the goods are delivered to the destination without Wintage Club covering any customs duties or local import taxes, which remain the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.

UNITED KINGDOM, SWITZERLAND AND OTHER NON-EU COUNTRIES

At the moment we do not ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or Iceland. If you're in one of these countries and would like to order, write to us at info@wintageclub.com: we'll work out a dedicated quote together.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You'll receive an email with your tracking number within 24–48 hours of dispatch. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website. For any issues, contact us at info@wintageclub.it.
