Shipping policy

Delivery to Italy

Delivery to Italy is free on every order. Orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) from order confirmation. Allow 1–2 extra working days for parcel preparation.

Deliveries can occasionally be delayed by logistical issues outside our control. We reserve the right to extend delivery times up to 7 working days. For any questions, write to info@wintageclub.com.

Delivery within Europe

We deliver to EU member states. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Western Europe (France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Luxembourg, Ireland): 3–5 working days
  • Northern Europe & Baltics (Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): 4–7 working days
  • Central Europe (Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia): 4–7 working days
  • Southern Europe (Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Bulgaria): 5–8 working days

All deliveries take place within the EU Single Market: no customs duties and no extra import fees. VAT is applied in Italy and included in the final price.

Countries we don't currently serve

For operational reasons, we currently don't deliver to: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Sweden, Denmark. We're working on extending coverage.

Tracking your order

You'll receive an email with your tracking number within 24–48 hours of dispatch. You can follow your shipment directly on the carrier's website. If anything looks off, contact us at info@wintageclub.com.

Carrier partners

We ship via Packlink, BRT, GLS, Poste Italiane, DHL and other selected carriers chosen for reliable delivery.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the outer packaging and the contents. We'll open a case with the carrier straight away and arrange replacement or refund under art. 1693 of the Italian Civil Code (carrier liability).
