PRIVACY POLICY — WINTAGECLUB

In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code), this Privacy Policy describes how WintageClub, a brand of Digital Brain SRL (VAT IT10597551216, Via Francesco Caracciolo 10, 80122 Naples), collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or buy from wintageclub.com and wintageclub.it. Personal information we collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect device information (browser, IP, timezone, cookies). When you place an order, we collect: name, billing/shipping address, payment details (handled by PCI-DSS-compliant providers), email and phone. We use cookies, log files and web beacons.

How we use your data and legal bases

  • Performance of contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b): processing orders, invoicing, transactional communications.
  • Legal obligations (GDPR art. 6.1.c): tax and accounting compliance (10 years).
  • Legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.f): fraud prevention, Site security, service improvement.
  • Consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a): marketing, non-essential cookies. Withdraw at any time.

Sharing data with third parties

We share data with: Shopify Inc., carriers (BRT, GLS, DHL), payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna), Google LLC, Meta Platforms (with cookie consent). We may share data to comply with legal obligations.

The "WintageClub" app for TikTok

"WintageClub" is also the name of our application registered on the TikTok for Developers platform, used exclusively to publish content (videos and product information) on our official TikTok profile @WintageClub. The WintageClub app uses the user.info.basic, video.publish and video.upload permissions solely on our own TikTok account and does not collect or process personal data of Site visitors or TikTok users. Data processing on the TikTok platform is governed by TikTok's privacy policy.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, port your data and withdraw consent. Write to info@wintageclub.com. You can also complain to the Italian DPA (garanteprivacy.it).

Data retention

Order data: 10 years (Italian law). Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn. Analytics cookies: max 14 months.

Minors

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18.

Newsletter and email tracking (tracking pixel)

If you subscribe to the WintageClub newsletter, we use Klaviyo (Klaviyo Inc., USA, under EU Standard Contractual Clauses) to send you commercial communications: KiloBox news, offers and guides for resellers.

Our emails may contain a tracking pixel (an invisible image) that tells us whether and when you opened the message, and tracked links that record clicks. We use this data only to understand which content interests you and to improve our emails. In line with the guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority of 17 April 2026 (decision no. 284), open and click tracking takes place only with your consent, which we ask for separately when you subscribe.

You can keep receiving our emails without any tracking: simply withdraw your consent via the "Manage preferences" link at the bottom of every email, or write to info@wintageclub.com. You can also disable automatic image loading in your email client: in that case the pixel is not loaded. You can unsubscribe at any time via the "Unsubscribe" link in every email.

Legal basis: consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; art. 122 Italian Privacy Code). Retention: until consent is withdrawn or you unsubscribe. Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, by writing to info@wintageclub.com.
