Technical Specs
Sizes: depending on the product, from 5 to 50 kg.
Quality grading: Grade A = ready to sell, minimal cosmetic flaws and perfect functionality · Grade B = more visible signs of wear or small defects, reduced price.
The number of items varies with the chosen weight and the type of item: heavy items (sweatshirts, jackets, outerwear) count fewer pieces per kg than light ones.

What's inside
A multi-brand vintage mix for men and women, sorted by our team for resale: hoodies, t-shirts, polos, shirts, knitwear, jumpers, jackets and coats, jeans and outerwear. The items are predominantly in season.
Recurring sportswear/casual brands such as Nike, Adidas, Champion and others.
Please note: boxes are always a mix and sizes are always assorted. We do not sell single-brand boxes and we do not let customers choose individual items — we sell by the kilo.
Composition and grading
Mixed men's and women's, available in Grade A and Grade B. A 10-15% share of items with minor imperfections is normal: it is already factored into the price.

GRADING, QUALITY AND CONTROL (A/B)
Every Brand Box is checked against clear quality criteria: we distinguish between Grade A, ready to sell, and Grade B, with minimal signs of wear but still usable. All items are checked on seams, fabrics, logos and overall condition to rule out functional defects. We always state the declared grade, so you know what you’re buying. Lots are tracked and selected consistently, guaranteeing constant standards over time. This approach reduces uncertainty and gives you boxes ready to generate real value.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Could there be signs of wear?
As these are second-hand items, an extra wash is needed when you receive the Box, and some signs of time may be present despite our checks.
How do you verify branded items?
We use a control checklist (labels and era, seams, materials, consistency of the item). Where the product page states specific brands, the items are verified. If a non-conforming item slips through our checks, the lot conformity guarantee applies: 1:1 replacement with other matching items or credit on next order, within 7 days of delivery.
Risk of too many duplicates or “dead” sizes?
We limit repeats of model and colour in the selection and keep a mix of sellable sizes. If you receive abnormal repeats compared to the product page, contact us: it falls under the lot conformity guarantee.
Are the items washed/sanitised? With what? And odours?
Items are selected and stored in dry, ventilated spaces, but they are second-hand articles: we always recommend a wash on arrival. A slight warehouse smell is normal and disappears after the first wash.
How do you measure real sizes on vintage items?
Boxes contain assorted sizes (roughly from S to XXL, not selectable: you may also find larger or smaller sizes). On vintage labels the size can differ from the real fit: we recommend measuring items before listing (pit-to-pit, length) — it’s also what pays off on Vinted.
How do you tell design “distressed” from damage?
“Distressed” is intentional/consistent (denim fraying, uniform fading, whiskers). Damage is irregular: structural tears, holes on stress points, non-removable stains. The first can fall under Grade A if sellable; the second leaves the A flow and, if present and undeclared, means replacement.
Can I test before a big order?
Yes: the smaller sizes (5 kg) are designed precisely for testing quality and yield before moving up to reseller sizes. In the cart, together with a box, you can also add a 1-2 kg Premium Trial Box to sample the Premium line.
Is everything original?
We select items that pass our checks. Where the product page states specific brands, the items are verified; in multi-brand mixes individual brands are not guaranteed (this is declared on the page). If a non-conforming item slips through our checks, the lot conformity guarantee applies.
Is it all sustainable?
WintageClub promotes circular fashion: selling second-hand means extending the life of garments and reducing fast fashion waste. We pack with recyclable materials where possible and work to make every step more sustainable.
Ottima varietà di prodotti…in buone condizioni
a distanza di meno di una settimana dall'arrivo della box, un paio di articoli sono già stati venduti. Per altri capi abbiamo riscontrato dei piccoli problemi legati alla marca/qualità, ma ciò che ha fatto davvero la differenza è stata l'assistenza post-vendita infatti il ragazzo che ci ha seguiti è stato molto gentile, disponibilissimo e veramente molto attento al cliente. Non appena abbiamo fatto presente il problema si è attivato subito per trovare una soluzione concreta e ci ha inviato una box integrativa con capi molto carini. Un'attenzione del genere non è per nulla scontata e fa una differenza enorme, soprattutto per chi come noi sta iniziando nel settore.
Inoltre, trovo molto bello il valore aggiunto della guida per reseller inclusa e la disponibilità nel dare consigli sul proprio profilo Vinted in caso di bisogno.

Ho voluto prendere questa box per provare a fare del reselling per arrotondare un po'.
La spedizione è stata veloce e il mio pacco da 10 chili conteneva 22 articoli.
Ho molto apprezzato la scelta stagionale; esclusi 2 pantaloncini e una maglietta dal peso irrisorio tutto il resto degli articoli sono autunno/inverno, quindi molto più rivendibili in questo periodo.
Ho già venduto 5 articoli a fronte di 15 caricati e questo solo in 3 giorni.
Per dei piccoli disguidi avuti con alcuni capi ho contattato il servizio clienti che credo sia il migliore con cui abbia mai avuto a che fare, Amazon inclusa.
Non vedo l'ora di esaurire questa box per poterne comprare un'altra quanto prima, magari testando anche la grade B.

Ho ordinato una box mista di 5kg. Il pacco è arrivato dopo qualche giorno. Ho notato che nella box c’erano tanti capi junior, e contattando il numero di wintagebox, hanno subito provveduto all’inconveniente, spedendomi un’altra box sostitutiva. Anche questa arrivata in pochissimo tempo. Tutti i capi ricevuti, oltre ad essere in ottime condizioni, sono ben piegati, puliti e profumati. Box arrivata nei tempi previsti e capi nel complesso in buone condizioni. La selezione è stata interessante, ma personalmente avrei apprezzato trovare qualche brand di maggiore spicco, come Ralph Lauren, Lacoste, Tommy Hilfiger o simili.
Sarebbe un valore aggiunto per chi acquista le box con l’obiettivo di rivendere i capi. Spero di trovare qualche pezzo di questo tipo nelle prossime box! 👍
