📦 KiloBoxes

What are KiloBoxes?
Boxes of vintage clothing sold by the kilo. Each box contains a hand-picked mix of pieces, ready to resell on Vinted, Depop, Instagram or at markets.

What quality are the items?
Most pieces are Grade A (excellent condition, ready to resell). An occasional minority (typically 10–15%) may be Grade B: pieces with normal signs of wear but still resellable. Every piece is hand-picked by our team and the composition of each KiloBox is clearly stated on the product page.

Can I pick specific items?
No. KiloBoxes contain mixes curated by category (denim, premium brands, coats, etc.). Specific item requests aren't possible, but our selection always backs high quality and variety.

What do Grade A and Grade B actually mean?
Grade A means clothing in excellent condition: normal signs of wear are fine, but no obvious damage, stubborn stains or rips. Grade B means pieces with more visible wear (slight fade, micro-stains, wash marks) but still resellable. It's the highest transparency tier in the vintage wholesale market.

Which size is right for me?
5 KG to start and test, 10–20 KG for active resellers, 30+ KG for shops and pro resellers. Reach out if you're not sure.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
Across Italy (free) and to the 20 Eurozone countries. For non-EU destinations, contact us for a quote. We don't currently ship to United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland.

How long until I get my order?
Preparation in 24–48 hours. Delivery in 2–4 working days in Italy, 3–8 days across Europe. You'll always get the tracking email as soon as the parcel ships.

Can I collect in person?
All orders ship by express courier. We don't offer in-person collection.

💳 Payments & Orders

Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Klarna (instalments, where available) and bank transfer. All payments are SSL-encrypted.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Within 2 hours of purchase by emailing us. After that, your order may already be in preparation.

Can I buy wholesale at custom pricing?
Yes. For orders over 100 KG or recurring commercial agreements, get in touch for a dedicated quote.

Do you issue invoices?
Yes, we issue proper invoices. At checkout, select "Buy as a business / VAT" and enter your tax details.

🔄 Returns & Compensation

Can I return items?
KiloBoxes are made-to-order products under art. 59 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, with variable composition. Returning single items isn't possible. If there's a significant quality discrepancy from what was stated on the product page, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the items.

What if I receive damaged items?
If the actual composition is significantly different from what was stated on the product page, we offer compensation or replacement. Contact us with photos within 7 days of receipt.

🏪 For Resellers

I run a vintage shop. Can I get special terms?
Yes. We offer preferential pricing for resellers and shops. Contact us to set up a tailored partnership.

How can I earn from reselling?
Our customers typically observe margins of 200–300% based on the items selected and the sales channel, though this is not guaranteed. Results vary with photos, copy, pricing and time-to-sale. Indicative example: a 10 KG KiloBox bought at ~€80 can generate €240–320 in revenue when resold on Vinted or at markets. Disclaimer: D.Lgs. 145/2007 and Italian Consumer Code art. 21.
